Free will push ups

You know you've become dedicated to fitness when you do push ups on your own ... Without anyone telling you to.

Just finished a quick 3.25 miles around the indoor track and then decided to do some weight training.

I did 10, 8, 6 reps of hammerhead curls, overhead press using 8 pound weights.

In between each set, I did 10, 8, 6 push ups.

I was shaking doing that last push up (yes I am really weak).

Today I'm wearing one of my favorite race tshirts. It was the best race we used to run in Orlando (I love the 5 mile distance).






Time to pick up the boys and head to the library! Happy Thursday everyone.
