My goals for the new year are to slow down and take it easy in regards to running. With 2 months left til baby brother's arrival I don't anticipate having loads of miles ran. And that's ok. I'll have the rest of the year to get back into shape.
My first race after having Mason was in June so hopefully I can do the same this time around.
2015 will be a rebuilding year with my running. Looking forward to getting stronger and building a good base to take on some PR's in 2016.
Oh and let's throw in a half marathon this fall into the mix. Why not?
