Couples running

So we are guilty of running out of things to do at home with Mason. He's just so busy and into everything. Our only solution became to load up the car and head to the YMCA for some family exercise time.

After dropping Mason off at the daycare Ryan and I headed upstairs to the indoor track. We ran 2 miles and walked 1/4 mile as a cool down. Even though we both had our headphones in I much more prefer to run alongside Ryan than alone. It's nice knowing he's there :)

Then we split up and I hit up some bicep work on my own.

3 sets, 10 reps each of bicep curls using a pair of 8 pound weights
3 sets, 10 reps each of a seated bicep machine on 3rd weight




Time to pick up Mason and finish enjoying our Saturday! Happy weekend everyone.
