After dropping Mason off at the daycare Ryan and I headed upstairs to the indoor track. We ran 2 miles and walked 1/4 mile as a cool down. Even though we both had our headphones in I much more prefer to run alongside Ryan than alone. It's nice knowing he's there :)
Then we split up and I hit up some bicep work on my own.
3 sets, 10 reps each of bicep curls using a pair of 8 pound weights
3 sets, 10 reps each of a seated bicep machine on 3rd weight
Time to pick up Mason and finish enjoying our Saturday! Happy weekend everyone.
