I ran 2.55 miles before my second Pure Barre class. Please tell me that place gets easier? I find myself doing maybe 2/3 of the class and stretching the rest of the time. After class I headed back outside for 1.10 miles, half of the time spent walking.
With fuel on my mind I stopped into Panera for a quick lunch.
The autumn squash soup was very tasty. Save the trouble and skip getting their new turkey cranberry flatbread. It was meh at best.
My arms are already feeling sore from barre and I can imagine my legs will be following shortly.
