Hello weight training, it's nice to see you

I had previously mentioned dragging a pair of 5 pound dumbbells up to our playroom in an attempt to get some weight training in. I managed to do three sets of shoulder exercises on Sunday while watching football but haven't touched them since.

Then my upper body got a jolt yesterday during a barre class and I realized how weak I've been getting.

So at the gym today I took it back to the free weights after running a couple of miles around the indoor track.






It was super easy and super fast to knock out a couple of bicep and tricep exercises using some 5 pound weights.
- 2 sets of 15 reps of bicep curls
- 2 sets of 15 reps of hammerhead curls
- 2 sets of 15 reps tricep kickbacks
- 2 sets of 15 reps tricep press

No excuses anymore!
