Easing back into it

On Friday I walked around our neighborhood and added some sporadic jogging. Each day since then I've added a little more jogging and less walking to the mix.

Today I took my work out to a Greenway to avoid sidewalks and run along smooth surfaces.

I ran a total of 31 minutes and walked 3 minutes finishing 3.25 miles.

After my time outside I stopped by Which Wich to pick up sandwiches for Ryan and I. I've never had the black bean patty but decided to try something new.

Black bean patty on wheat, toasted, with provolone, spinach, olive salad mix, red onions, pickles, light mayo, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.

The verdict ... Delicious! I really hope it curbs my hunger longer than my usual cheese and veggies sandwich.

Now to wrap this post up and head over to Mason's school for carpool.
