So I asked him if a smoothie was ok and he agreed (he ate cheese, grapes, and green bean crisps too).
Into the blender went vanilla unsweetened almond milk, two huge handfuls of fresh baby spinach, frozen berry mix from trader joes, 1/2 banana, and 1 spoonful peanut butter. It was kind of like a pb&j in liquid form.
After running 4 days straight I think I'm going to take tomorrow off. I did 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday and reminded myself how much I dislike that thing. Then I did 3 miles this morning around Queens University before running some errands.
Anyone racing this weekend?
