A weekend of workouts

On Saturday and Sunday I completed both workouts at the Harris YMCA. Both days were overcast/rainy so our usual family pool day was out.

Instead Ryan and I dropped Mason off at the childcare Saturday morning so he could let off some steam with the other kids. Ryan and I headed outside to the outdoor track and completed a little over 3 miles before working out inside with the weights.

On Sunday I wasn't really in the mood to run so I headed to a yoga class while Mason napped.

The class was slow and relaxing and worked on a bunch of hip stretches which I enjoyed. I found myself drifting off to sleep and left feeling super relaxed.

I love having so many exercise options at our gym. After dropping off Mason today at camp I plan on heading to the YMCA to run on the indoor track since the humidity level outside is out of control.
