In the beginning of the program they took some measurements, such as body fat, weight, and hydration.
Today I went back for my mid program assessment and found I had gained 2 pounds and slightly increased my body fat percentage. Since my goal for this program was to increase muscle mass, I'm fairly certain the weight increase was partially due to more muscle and possibly the Chikfila I had for lunch an hour earlier.
After completing my assessment I received a free shirt! Love how soft it is. I dropped it off at my car and then ran a speedy 3.25 miles around the outdoor track.
