Ryan and I are finishing up day 3 of a juice/vegan cleanse so running was a bit tough. I'm dragging and have been missing the energy I usually get from caffeine.
I ran 3.75 miles in 30:25 minutes then walked 0.25 miles in 3:15, finishing up my 4 miler in 33:40. Looking forward to start my half marathon training this week with a 6 or 7 miler tomorrow.
