This class combines skills and drills alternating cardio segments with strength training. May also include plyometrics, sprints and calisthenics. Base fitness level required. This class can be indoor or outdoor.
The instructor April did a great job of offering modifications on certain exercises but the whole deal just wasn't for me. I'm not a fan of mountain climbers and box jumps ... I prefer to do my bicep curls, chest press, and tricep dips in the safety of a weight room.
I'm glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried a new class but I don't see myself doing it in the future.
