12 laps = 1 mile

Today I decided to run on the indoor track at the YMCA. I managed to run 48 laps equalling 4 miles at a decent pace.





I wanted to hit 5 miles for the day so I jumped on the treadmill for a slow cool down jog.


The next few days are supposed to be chilly in Charlotte which will probably mean more treadmill running. The indoor track was a nice change but keeping track of the laps got annoying. Any ideas on how to keep track an easier way than just counting on my fingers?
