I wanted to run 3 miles so that meant 36 loops. By the end I was definitely feeling a bit dizzy. I did manage to finish in 22:30 minutes.
Mason and I headed back to the gym on Friday but found that daycare was closed in the afternoon. Boo! We played in the playground instead until my poor little man was super red from the heat!
Saturday it was back to the gym for a quick run.
Then Sunday morning I headed to Flybarre for a class with Alex. Those 60 minutes really hurt!
The afternoon was spent at the pool for some much needed play time.
