I really planned on trying to jog today but it's been raining non stop so Mason and I have been stuck indoors.
While he hung out in his "cage" I decided to do a short leg work out.
I did 30 lunges, 30 squats, 30 calf raises then started abdominal work. After doing 100 crunches I took a stretching break.
