Back in the GYM

after almost 2 months of skipping out on the gym during the end of my pregnancy, I finally headed back there this morning.  

It was another early morning work out.  I left the house after feeding Mason around 6am.  The Dowd YMCA was already crowded and it was tough finding a parking spot.  Definitely not one of the things I had missed about that place.

Once inside I found an open treadmill and got started on my run.  I walked for the first 2 minutes, then ran, slowly increasing my pace for 26 minutes, then walked for 2 minutes to cool down ... total 30 minutes of cardio.  I haven't done that in a while :)


I had a few minutes left before I had to head home so I did a couple of bicep exercises using a pair of 8 pound weights (unfortunately they were out of the 5 pound weights).  
- 2 sets of 15 reps bicep curls
- 2 sets of 15 reps hammerhead curls
