It seems that whenever I re-visit using free weights I always start with working out shoulders. Today was no exception.
I grabbed my pair of 5 pound weights out of the closet and headed out to the dining room where Mason was momentarily sleeping.

- side lateral raises
- front lateral raises
- overhead press
I rounded off my quick exercise session (Mason had become fussy at this point) with 3 sets of 10 reps of modified (girl) push-ups.
Looking forward to better weather tomorrow to resume jogging around the neighborhood.
