Ryan and I decided to enjoy the day by eating lunch outdoors with Honey.
We headed to a local spot, Philosophers Stone, for some burgers.
I ordered a 1/2 pound burger with cheese, BBQ sauce, and some sort of relish/slaw mix. It was really really good. I definitely had no problem finishing the entire burger, along with the side of onion rings and pickle. I must've been really hungry from my work out at the gym earlier in the morning ...
- 2.5 miles in 29:30 minutes
- 3 sets of 12 reps using 5 pound weights of:
- overhead military press
- side lateral raises
- front lateral raises
I definitely have no doubt that I'll order another burger from P Stone in the near future.
