"do you want me to bring you food for lunch?"
Heck yes! Better yet he was bringing me take out from Kickstand, my favorite burger place in Charlotte. I decided to stick with something quasi healthy and went with a turkey burger on whole wheat bun with cheddar cheese.
Before I could eat my tasty meal I had some running to do. I headed to the YMCA and ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I did a combination of running and walking and completed 2.53 miles.
Once back at the office I waited for my special delivery. Around 1:30 Ryan told me he had my food downstairs.
So tasty and definitely worth running for.
