I walked for 1 minute as a warmup and then ran for 24 minutes. I finished up the work out with 1 minute of walking as a cool down.
-2.32 miles in 26 minutes
Since I haven't had time to hit up the grocery store I headed straight to Subway for lunch.
6 inch veggie sub on wheat with cheddar cheese (should've been provolone but they ignored me), spinach, black olives, pickles, banana peppers, onions, and honey mustard sauce.
Delicious sandwich that definitely hit the spot.
Looking forward to making dinner tonight and continuing a chain of "good for me" meals.
