Basic No Knead Bread Loaf (from Macheesmo's blog)*4 cups flour (2 whole wheat and 2 bread flour)
(Makes a large loaf or two small loafs)
*1/3 tsp active dry yeast
*1 2/3 tsp salt
*2 1/6 cups water
|Whole wheat flour, bread flour, yeast, and salt|
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. Make sure you preheat your pizza stone as well. Once the oven is nice hot, add your bread ball to the stone and put it away for 45 minutes. Don't forget to add a few slits on the top of the bread in order to vent it. After it is done baking let it rest for at least an hour before cutting.

This morning we had some of our freshly baked bread as toast along with our eggs and bacon. I put some butter (what appears to be a lot) and a drizzle of honey. Delicious!
