I spent the rest of my lunch break reading and eating a cheese and veggie sub from Jersey Mike's.
As a mid afternoon snack Alex was kind enough to pick us up smoothies from Smoothie King. I went with a tired and true favorite, Angel Food. I chose the "skinny" option and elected not to have turbinado added and saved 100 calories. It's a delicious blend of strawberries, bananas, soy protein, non fat milk, vanilla, and honey.
Hopefully it'll help fuel my after work run. And yes that's people.com on my work computer.
