Doctored up Mac n Cheese

Today during my lunch break I headed to the gym. It was rainy and cold out during my walk, which made me proud of myself for heading out to the YMCA instead of staying indoors.

At the gym I ran for 20 minutes and walked for 1 minute as a cool down. Total miles = 2.25

Then I worked out shoulders by doing the following exercises using a pair of 5 lb weights:
- 2 sets of 12 reps of side raises
- 2 sets of 12 reps of front lateral raises
- 2 sets of 12 reps of overhead press

I quickly ate my lunch upon arrival back at the office ... I was starving!



I made some of Trader Joe's "reduced guilt" frozen macaroni and cheese but doctored it up using some grated Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, and freshly ground salt and pepper. Delicious!
