Break from tradition

When Ryan and I lived downtown and across the street from Dunkin Donuts, we would get breakfast there every Friday morning. I would always order the egg and cheese croissant sandwich and an iced coffee. It was our little tradition.

Now that I commute every morning to work (I drive an entire 2.5 miles) I don't have the luxury of Friday breakfasts with Ryan at DD. This morning I decided to create my own breakfast sandwich using a croissant from Costco (one of the perks of having my parents in town ... Access to their membership card).

I added a slice of white cheddar cheese and a fried egg along with a smear of jalapeƱo jelly. Delicious!
