I stuck with it to finish 2 miles. I had it on "4" for the resistance but I guess once it's paused it reverts back to 1.
After my quick cardio session I headed over to the free weights to work on my shoulders. Using a pair of 5 pound weights I did the following:
-3 sets of 12 reps of side lateral raises
-3 sets of 12 reps of front lateral raises
-3 sets of 12 reps of overhead military press
