sunday funday

Shockingly I actually made it to the gym on Sunday.  I skipped running (just wasn't feeling it) and worked out my back instead.  
  • 3 sets of 12 reps each - low row (40 pounds)
  • 3 sets of 8 reps each - lateral pull down (40 pounds)
  • 3 sets of 12 reps each - side and front bends (10 pound plate)
  • 10 minutes of rowing

Later in the afternoon Ryan and I treated ourselves to some delicious frozen yogurt from Menchie's.

Fat kid day continued as we went to Revolution Pizza for dinner.

My banana bread beer tasted so much like banana bread ... almost like dessert in a glass.  We picked prosciutto and peppers as our toppings on our pizza.  Wish I could say we had some leftovers but we definitely ate the entire pie.  Such a good way to end the weekend.
