I love America. I also love having days off from work. This morning has been struggle to get out of bed.
After a weekend full of tacos, fried food, sandwiches, and basically nothing worth of nutritional value, I decided to start off my week with a healthy smoothie for breakfast.
The usual suspects (all from Trader Joe's) went into the blender:
- low fat vanilla yogurt
- banana
- vanilla soy milk
- creamy peanut butter
- spinach
- ice cubes (unpictured)
This is exactly what I need to start my day. Now if only Ryan and I can get out of bed and do some running ...
