- 3.41 miles in 32 minutes - 1 minute walking warm up, 30 minutes running, 1 minute walking cool down
I'm still planning on doing a run tomorrow afternoon so hopefully my legs won't be too sore. I might try alternating running for 10 minutes and walking for 1 minute to increase my mileage to 7 miles. Or I might take it easy tomorrow and hold off on the long run for this weekend. We shall see what Wednesday brings to the world of running for me.
