Yesterday I took the day off from running and did 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise instead (15 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the seated bicycle). On Monday I finished off the month of January running 3.25 miles in 30 minutes at the YMCA. The grand total of miles ran in January ended up being 47.38 miles ... not bad for having to run on treadmills most of the time.
Today I headed back to the YMCA and ran some miles while watching HGTV (shocker).
- 4.08 miles in 35 minutes - 1 minute walking warm up, 33 minutes running, 1 minute walking cool down
