Today's workout included a return to legs. I haven't really worked out legs since P90x so doing the following has already left me sore:
- 3 sets of leg extensions
- 3 sets of seated leg curls
- 3 sets of leg press
- 2.25 miles in 21:30 minutes
I'm looking forward to get a night with friends to celebrate Brandon's birthday, followed by more fun this weekend. It's one of those days where I'll be staring at the clock in anticipation!
