Today's workout included doing 3 different back exercises:
- lat pull downs
- low cable rows
- side bends with 10 pound weight
After I was done in the weight room I went upstairs and did some cardiovascular exercise:
- 15:15 minutes on the elliptical doing interval training (hard stuff!) for 1.25 miles
- 10:15 minutes on the seated bicycle for 2 miles
For breakfast I had 1 egg sunny-side up, a couple of slices of tomato, 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese, and a mini whole wheat bagel with blackberry preserves.
Tomorrow I think I'll start running again ... we'll see how that goes.
