3 days in a row ...

You could find me at the Dowd YMCA on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Just trying to get my money's worth out of my new gym membership :)

On Tuesday I ran on the treadmill for 3.11 miles and finished in 28:25 minutes.  I was so overwhelmed by the size of the gym and the amount of people that work out there ... especially after 5:00p.  After finishing my run I decided to head home and save my exploring of my new gym for another day.

On Wednesday I increased my mileage and ran 3.27 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill.  After the run I headed downstairs to the free weights area and did back and biceps.  It felt good to lift weights again, even though I was surrounded by huge dudes who were slinging around weights like it was their job.

On Thursday I decided to skip the running and do a different sort of cardiovascular exercise ... cardio dance.  The 45 minute class was non-stop dancing to various fast paced songs.  I definitely broke a sweat while dancing around the basketball court.
