does sleep count as exercise?

I can't explain how tired I was all day yesterday.  I don't think I realized how much I value sleep.  On average I try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night.  3.5 hours just does not cut it.  I couldn't wait to leave work and just get home and fall asleep on the couch.

Once I got home Ryan and I discussed dinner options.  He knew I definitely was not planning on cooking anything so we opted for some Chinese take out from Empire Szechuan.  Although not our healthiest option for dinner it was still delicious.  We split fried rice and honey garlic chicken, cheese wontons, spring rolls, and some steamed edamame.  When we finished eating our feast we watched some old episodes of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives that we had saved on our DVR.  I must've fallen asleep after a couple of minutes cause Ryan woke me up and told me to just go to bed.  I'm pretty sure when I looked at the bedside clock it was only 8:15pm.

I missed out on yesterday's P90X work out (biceps and back, followed by abs) but I know that today I will definitely bring some energy while working out.
