Thursday's work out was a slight step up from just sitting on the couch. I finally felt well enough to work out so I made myself head down to the gym to do some work on the treadmill. I managed to do the following:
- run 2.5 miles in 28:00 mins (approx 275 calories ... I forgot the exact number)
This was accomplished after walking at 4.0 for 5 minutes and then jogging for the next 23 minutes, ranging between 5.0-6.0.
I'm looking forward to the month of June when I get back into the groove of working out. This weekend is basically a waste since we're heading out of town to Jacksonville to visit Alex, Brandon, and Pablo.
