So I decided to do a 3 mile run on the treadmill, adding some incline.
- 0-0.5 mile = 0.5 incline
- 0.5-1.0 mile = 1.0 incline
- 1.0-1.5 mile = 0.5 incline
- 1.5-2.0 mile = 1.0 incline
- 2.0-3.0 mile = 0 incline
Having some incline on the run made it harder to keep my speed up. I ran the 3 miles in 27 minutes. I'm going to try to continue running with an incline and increase the speed and distance.
After my cardio was done I did 3 different shoulder exercises with 10-12 reps, and 2 or 3 sets of each one. Working out shoulders is my least favorite since its the hardest on my arms (probably cause I don't work them out enough).
My workout was complete after I did 125 crunches. By this time I was starving and couldn't wait to eat some delicious Boston Market. Although turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, and green beans are no cheeseburger and onion rings, it wasn't a bad meal.
