3 days of working out must have finally taken a toll on me because this morning I am sore all over. Tuesday's work out included triceps, shoulders, and more abs. I finally increased the weight I used for one set of shoulder presses (up from 5 lb weights to 10 lbs). Pretty soon I'm going to have shoulders like Dwight Howard. How attractive would I be in my wedding dress looking like that?
Yesterday I was finally able to venture outdoors and run. My leg held up ok and I managed to run 2 outer laps with Ryan around the perimeter sidewalk of Lake Eola. Other than dodging cars, homeless people, and dog walkers, it wasn't that bad of an experience. Being outside and enjoying some fresh air was a good way to decompress after the monotonous work day.
