This has been a very bad week of eating and working out. Or lack of working out I should say. It all went downhill during the bachelorette weekend extravaganza. Today was no exception. After celebrating a little too much last night for my birthday/St. Patrick's day it's safe to say that I felt pretty crummy today.
I started my day with a bowl of Frosted Flakes with soy milk. Am I 8 years old again? Hate to say it but it was gggggrrrreeeeaaaatttt! Thanks Tony the Tiger.
Lunch didn't improve at all. Instead it worsened exponentially. I had my favorite go to hangover meal ... a double cheeseburger from McDonald's! Added to this delicious sandwich was a 6 piece chicken mcnugget, small fries, and a small Coca Cola classic. I felt ashamed after I inhaled my entire meal.
I had every intention of making a healthy dinner tonight for myself and Ryan. I bought chicken breasts, broccoli, and salad ingredients from Publix during the rest of my lunch break. All of these items went straight from the reusable shopping bag into the refrigerator. Ryan had a different idea of what dinner should be even though HE was the one who said "I want to eat something green tonight." I think he just meant "I want to eat something delicious tonight" so we ordered take out from Anthony's. Come to think of it we did order a small Greek salad along with a LARGE PEPPERONI CALZONE. What is wrong with us? Oh well it's all over now. That was our last "bad" eating night until after the wedding. At least I hope so.
